i'm a huge fan of brooklyn artist, amy adams' work. her studio, perch churns out the most adorable, fun pieces that are destined to cheer up any tabletop, shelf or backyard.
perch's birdfeeder is a wonderfully simple design that is a welcome addition to the rather small group of great modern feeders out there. along with the feeder, so makes gorgeous ceramic bowl/baskets, vases and lighting. but my favorite has got to be the bird feet series: the shake-a-leg salt and pepper set and the lightfoot lamp. both are so delightfully playful and simple. perfect for a child's room or any space that could use a little whimsy. her collection has been all over the place press wise, so it's bound to be available near a lot of people, but just in case, you can view and buy amy's collection online at velocity art and design.
