There are many items on my list of dream house "must haves" but lately a kitchen full of weathered and dark wood if climbing to the top of the list!

a modern cave

A modern cave--sounds like an oxymoron but it this particular "cave" is just that! The rough stone and terra cotta tile are a lovely backdrop for the modern fixtures, furniture and hardware. There is there something so nostalgic and refreshing about this eat in kitchen and I am stunned by the way the room is anything but dark. Truly an inspiring and natural space.
