Buckingham Interiors + Design is a full-service interior design firm located in the West Town neighborhood of Chicago. Founded by Julia Buckingham Edelmann, her firm has evolved based upon Julia’s passion for design and antiques. Julia’s fascination with interior design stems from her study of Apparel/Textural Merchandising and Marketing at the University of Arizona, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts degree. When Julia owned an antiques store in Cincinnati, Ohio, she travelled all over the world to provide her clients with intriguing and one-of-a-kind accessories and furnishings.

Julia believes there is no such thing as “luck” in great design. Interior spaces should be filled with excitement and at Buckingham Interiors + Design we share with each one of our clients our enthusiasm and passion for beautifully crafted environments. “Out with the boring, in with the bold” holds true to our design view of the world.
