Bowen Family Homes hosted another Pottery Barn Event at the end of July, but this time the event was for the homeowners and at the Lawrenceville community Willoughby Cove. The event was a tremendous success as homeowners enjoyed delicious food and drinks while getting decorating tips from a Pottery Barn decorator on transitioning home decor with the seasons. The Pottery Barn decorator on site was offering helpful decorating hints to homeowners specifically for the upcoming fall season. This event was coupled with the Bowen Family Homes Family Rewards Program “Meet Your Neighbor” Event, which gave homeowners an opportunity to mingle with neighbors and learn more about the referral program. The Family Rewards Program offers homeowners who refer new homebuyers an opportunity to earn up to $1,000 per referral. It’s a win-win situation as the homeowners can hand-pick who their neighbors are and get a reward for doing it. Referring homeowners are also automatically invited to attend the annual Bowen Family Homes Casino Night Event and entered to win a fabulous trip for two.

The Gwinnett County new homes at Willoughby Cove, priced from the $230s, include some new plans alongside Bowen’s most popular ranch style homes offered in other communities. With 2,059 to 2,490 square feet of space, the homes offer either three or four bedrooms, with an optional bonus room in some plans.
