Ok, I know that we haven't even made it through Christmas but a girl has to plan. So, when i saw this colorful sequin number from Phillip Lim I couldn't help but swoon and decided that it was the perfect New Years dress. Pair it with some simple earrings and some colorful shoes and you are ready to ring in the new years with style.
