for me, this photo sums up my new design obsession: pink and black. i finally sucked it up and am having some d*s business cards made and i decided to go totally lady-like. i'll share the results when i'm done but the mood i wanted was: black and pink, 1940s, dorothy draper, the greenbrier hotel, cursive handwriting and antique silver card cases. anything that oozes this sort of unabashed femininity is up my alley. and this pillow, while much more contemporary than my draper motif, is a wonderful modern version of that look. especially with the black chair- so chic. it makes me want to paint out bathroom black and white with soft pink accents and a big round vase full of pink peonies. you can pick up this area "loop" pillow at design public for $82.
