MEMORIAL DAY RECIPE- RIBEYE STEAK WITH WINE & BUTTER
Do you like this story?
We had a TASTY ribeye for dinner last night! You MUST try this SOON! My sister originally gave me the idea for pan frying steaks, many years ago. I adapted her recipe and, added merlot to the recipe. We devoured the steak in no time! ENJOY!
Step 1: Purchase two ribeye steaks, make sure they have a good marble to them, for maximum flavor
Step 2: Rinse the steak and place in a large skillet
Step 3: Add 1/2 stick butter, 3/4 cup olive oil, 3/4 t. Cavender's seasoning, 1 t. Italian seasoning and, 1/2 cup merlot. Whisk mixture to blend.
Step 4: Turn on high heat and, allow the steaks to fry in the pan, approximately 5-7 minutes on each side, or, until desired wellness.
Step 5: Turn steak out on to plate and, drizzle the drippings from steak over top.
Serve with a green salad and, hot French garlic bread.
TO DIE FOR! ENJOY!
