signature thanksgiving dish?

Do you have a signature thanksgiving dish? Something that is a new take on a classic or something totally out of left field? For me it is Pumpkin Tiramisu!
It is much lighter than pumpkin pie and very easy to make as long as you own a spring form pan. The hardest part is finding lady fingers and mascarpone, but I guess that is only hard if you live in Wyoming! Get the recipe here.
