dream bathroom

when ac and i were putting together his room (the music room) it became rather apparent that i'm something of a nazi when it comes to putting our home together (yeah i know, shocker). i was telling a friend that it was "his" room and he got to pick what went in it (sorry, ac, i know that didn't exactly happen) and she said "well, which room is your room?". to which i replied, um- all of them? ac has been painfully thoughtful to let me do most of the decision making with our furniture, paint colors and accessories but the one thing that won't fly is a pink bathroom. i've always wanted to have a girly sanctuary of pink and white but that will just have to wait until we have more space. in the meantime, i'm fantasizing about this beautiful bathroom from provence restaurant in soho, seen on the bluelines blog. a room covered in book pages with a pink fabric door? major swoon overload...
