vermont based artist laura zindel is a risd grad designing gorgeous ceramics for the home. specializing in pieces that use bird, insect and botanical imagery- her work has a somewhat eery quality that i love. eery only because i don't think i'd want to serve anything on a plate with tarantulas on it. but i love her work all the same- the drawings are delicate and beautiful and the pieces are wonderfull crafted. they're wonderfully unique and definitely worth checking out. small pieces are under $50 and larger platters can run up around $225. enjoy!
