hable must-have

im totally nutty about this hable construction fabric- 'bead' in the lemon colorway. it's totally the look i'm going for in my dining room, but it's trade-only. boo! i'm going to email hable and see if i can plead with them to let me buy some even though i'm not a trade member. i'm going for a warm gray/yellow dining room with mid-cent accents and possibly some magenta or warm teal accents. we'll see...what are YOUR favorite fabric resources? i seem to only find the trade-only kind these days and would love to know where you guys go for great, modern fabrics.
