inspiration

i'm feeling really inspired by this photo from o at home. and the quotation under it. i'm trying to finish our bedroom and i want it to feel like a soft, comfortable retreat- like this picture. soft, warm and light. however our current space is cold- both temperature and aesthetic wise. im sort of feeling blank about color choices- does anyone have a great color for the bedroom that soothing and simple, without being white? thanks...im hitting a color wall...[photo from o at home magazine]
