fabric fun *
Do you like this story?
i've been looking for fun vintage fabric for our apt for ages now and i thought this site, reprodepot had some fun patterns. divided by era and style, reprodepot has some fun (and kitschy) fabrics that won't break the bank. i know horses and cowgirls seem nutty, but i was immediately drawn to that colors and kitschy-ness of it. i'm sure some of you will want to puke when you see them, but i think- done well- they could be super cute in a mid-cent room or something with a bit of quirk. i can hear ac moaning now, "oh god don't bring those fabrics home..".
if cowgirls and horses aren't for you, check out their great collection of fabrics from the 20's, 30's and 40's-70's- they're full of affordable designs with bright colors and bold patterns. perfect for small scale use (i'd think some of them would knock you out if used in a large scale way). click here for the full selection. enjoy!
