founded in 1961 in central japan, sugahara glassworks has a beautiful tableware collection called, appropriately, "the black collection". with its wonderfully opaque black finish, the collection is perfect for the modernist/minimalist in the family [i love that ice bucket- so cool]. available online at terrestra.
