calling all cupcakes....

i consider myself a cupcake connoisseur, and after a lovely weekend, during which i got to catch up with the wonderful ms. stacy pancake (she is the greatest. capital G greatest) over cupcakes at billy's in chelsea, i decided to reach out to everyone out there to see where their favorite cupcakes come from...nyc area and beyond- that way people in different cities can find good cupcakes in their area. because every now and then you need a good cupcake.
