d*s reader, jess went to a show in australia celebrating the new rug designs of fashion designer, akira isogawa. after passing along isogawa's work, jess thought it might be of interest to d*s reader- and i agreed.

made of beautiful new zealand wool, this new rug collection was launched in september of 2005 in a limited edition. isogawa's love of color and pattern is clear in each piece, with bold designs being the hallmark of the collection. i was simply blown away by the beautiful colors he chose to use and how well his designs translated to the world of rugs. you can find more information on the collection right here.
