bodo sperlein, the amazing, london based design consultancy and manufacturer, has a gorgeous line of "couture" products and lighting that is made on a commission only basis (only lighting is comm. based). clearly this isn't for everyone, but i think their work (especially with flowers) is so beautiful it might actually be on someone's "commission" radar. you never know. if i could think of a place to put that flower light where it wouldn't look too girly i'd do it in a heartbeat. just so gorgeous. more info right here.
