eleventwentyfive is a fantastic design firm that commissions and licenses artists’ concepts for decorative home accessories. i'm a huge fan of their recent amy ruppel line of pillows, but i was actually unaware of their tree and daisy line of pillows that are too too cute.

the daisy series is comprised of images from susan benarcik's collection of textile designs. the site goes on to say, "inspired by the natural world, benarcik's work is an investigation of systems of growth and information. in the daisy series, variations on a simple flower form find new expression." i think the designs are simple, well designed and offered in a wonderfully subtle range of colors. (the pillows are made of hand silk-screened cotton canvas with removable covers; they are machine washable. there are 3 designs avialable in moss and larkspur: daisy toss 14" by 18" daisy stamen 12" x 16" modern daisy 12" x 16" with reversible band).

the tree pillows are detailed views from artist, ann faison's ongoing series of tree drawings. the project began as, "an attempt to draw every leaf of a single tree, but produced another worthwhile result - an intimate relationship between the artist and her tree-subjects." the drawings are simple, graphic and perfect for adding a little dash of modernism to your room. (made of hand silk-screened cotton muslin with removable covers; machine washable and available in 3 designs: mounds, scrags, and pines all 18" by 18").
