amy ruppel does it again

i've long been a fan of artist, amy ruppel. a self-taught artist, amy has shown her work extensively in seattle and portland, including numerous shows (online and off) at velocity art and design in seattle. now ms. ruppel has joined up with plume to introduce a GORGEOUS line of pillows with her signature designs: birds and patterns inspired by nature. i just got the details about the line last night from the gang at velocity: each pillow is made of hand silk screened cotton canvas with a feather and down insert- the line is available in a beautiful array of subtle colorways for $75 a piece. hot off the presses, the collection will be available online at velocity art and design this week. the collection is also currently available at design public, right here. image courtesy of design public.
