in short? consider this my own personal black list, beginning now.
do not ever, ever use allan gerowitz from prudential douglas elliman as your broker. he was the rudest, most unprofessional broker i have ever met with. and i've met with an excel sheet of over 40 brokers.
i'll stop before i launch into profanity. i am writing all my friends at real estate blogs now. someone messed with the wrong sponge.
