grey lady

i liked unbeige's grey post today. i'm sort of grey paint obsessed. i don't think i've ever lived with anyone (or ever will) who'll indulge me in my fantasy of painting an entire apt grey, but oh well. unbeige's quest for the right grey reminds me of mine last year, but thankfully i found my sacred grey- so i'd like to praise benjamin moore for their CHELSEA GREY paint (see above), which is the most perfect grey i've ever seen. i flipped when i first painted it because it looked too green, but it ended up quite nice. sadly it came across as an odd blue color in the ny times shot (although everyone and their brother emailed me asking where to get "that great blue paint"). anyway, hooray for grey!
