brave space
Do you like this story?

tonight is the domino party and i'm so excited- it promises to be a pretty swank affair and i can't wait to spill everything about it tomorrow morning. can't wait. so, in anticipation, i've gotta go find something to wear. i have nothing, so i better head out asap. but before that, i wanted to post a little sumthin about brave space (i love their name), a brooklyn based design studio showing at this year's brooklyn designs show.
brave space is composed of three designers that create modular, multifuntional objects for the home or office. working out of williamsburg, brave space began by providing custom apartment renovation services. responding to the "modest" nature of most of the apts and lofts in the area, they designed pieces with a sized-to-fit sensibility in mind. with the understanding that work and live spaces often overlap, they continue to follow forms that include elements of customization and modularity (thanks to nikki for the info). the brave space team is: sam kragiel, jesse arnold, and nikki frazier, all of whom met while attending art school in gainesville, fla. you can check out the full brave space experience right here. enjoy...
