there, that feels better.
Do you like this story?
the last post was a little ladylike and traditional so i needed to throw in something a little less proper. not that inleaf is too prim, but you know, i needed to add some pizazz before the end of the day. so, enter lekkner- a brooklyn (michigan that is) based website that is home to the crafty creations of one miss melissa dettloff. not only are her designs creative and fun, but absolutely no animal derived products are used in the making of her designs. none. and in addition to that, she uses mostly recycled and re-used materials. and in addition to that, she donates 10% of her proceeds to grey2k, a a non-profit group that works for the welfare of racing greyhounds. pretty cool. i happened upon these vegetarian goods and thought, even though i am slowly moving away from (although planning to move back towards) my vegan traditions, these are way too cool to pass up. so for those of you looking for a bright and colorful way to declare your personal eating/dressing/thinking beliefs, check out lekkner.com for some great vegan designs. (don't worry, it's still fun if you're not into "steak is wack" bags). have fun...
